2. Outgoing test to check min PTH Cu thickness, Min surface Cu thickness, ENIG Au data, Ni data, Au layer adhesion testing, soldermask adhesion testing, silkscreen adhesion testing, Thermal stress testing, hardness testing, Twist testing, Bow testing.
3. Microsection testing to check hole Cu thickness, Surface Copper thickness, Wrap copper thickness, Hole Wall Integrity, soldermask thickness and stack up.
4. E-test to check any open/short circuit.
5. Thermal Stress Test to avoid any Delamination, Measling and others.
6. Solderability of PTH to avoid any discolor, Wrinkles, Blisters, Measling, Blow-Hole, Solermask peel off, and soldermask filled in hole-wall incompletely. Impedance testing, and so on...

Q1How can you guarantee the quality of the parts?
A: We offer a 3-month warranty for used parts and a 1-year warranty for new parts. If you receive the parts but they do not work well, you can return them to us within 7 days, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Q2How about the packing when they are sent out?
A: We usually use 3cm thick foam board to fill around the inside of the box to protect the parts. While we standardly use cartons to pack the parts, we customize wooden boxes for heavier shipments.
Q3Which payment method and Express can you accept?
A: We accept various payment methods including Paypal, Western Union, T/T (Bank transfer). For shipping express options, we support UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, and more.
Q4Do you have testing equipment and how long is the delivery time?
A: We have perfect testing equipment, and all parts are 100% tested and verified before they are shipped out. Most parts are in stock, so delivery time is usually 1-2 days.
Q5I only have a PCB sample, not the PCB file, can you produce it for me? Can you design Gerber files?
A: Yes, we can copy files based on your sample to generate Gerber files, and then manufacture accordingly. We can also design Gerber files if the customer provides us with the schematic design.
Q6Are my design files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
A: Absolutely. Any customer's file will be securely protected within our factory, and we will not share them with any third party. We are fully open to signing an NDA with you.
