We are capable of volume producing PCBs with 1 to 68 layers, and up to 64 layers for standard quick-turn sample processing.
We support high-speed PCB materials such as Megtron6, Megtron4, Megtron7, TU872SLK, FR408HR, and N4000-13 series. For high-frequency, we support Rogers (Ro3003, Ro3006, Ro4350B, Ro4835), CLTE, RF35, Genclad, and FastRise27.
Our shortest quick-turn lead times are 24 hours for 2-layer samples, 36 hours for 4-layer, 48 hours for 6-layer, and 72 hours for 8-layer samples.
We accept industry-standard formats including Gerber RS-274-X and RS-274-D, CAD, DXP, Protel 99 SE, PADS, and GC-CAM files.
Our manufacturing processes strictly conform to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, UL, CQC, RoHS, and REACH quality standards. We run 100% inspection processes based on customer requirements and IPC criteria.
